The Art of Guiding Asana is a transformational continuing education experience for yoga teachers ready to deepen not only what they teach, but how they teach.
This one day intensive is designed for teachers who love yoga and feel called to guide it with greater clarity, confidence, artistry, and presence.

Workshop Structure
Total Time: 5 Hours
• 4 hours of professional instruction and applied practice
• 1 hour closing class led by Heather Newman
• 5 hours of Yoga Alliance YACEP continuing education credit
The instructional portion sharpens your teaching intelligence.
The closing class allows you to experience the principles embodied in real time.
You will not just understand the work.
