This year, on my birthday, November 11, I brought something new into the world. After years of dreaming, refining, and creating, I am honored to announce that The Art of Guiding Asana is officially live and open for enrollment.
This course has been in my heart for a long time. It was born from my own journey as a teacher and the desire to help others move beyond memorized scripts and step into true confidence, clarity, and artistry.
Yoga is not just about poses. It is a living art, expressive, fluid, and alive. When you guide from presence, your students feel it. They feel your energy, your artistry, and your transformation.
What This Course Is
The Art of Guiding Asana is a 10-hour Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Training designed for both new and seasoned yoga teachers who are ready to evolve from instructor to guide.
This experience teaches you how to shape energy through language, awaken presence in your students, and create classes that are intentional, confident, and alive.
It is more than a skill builder. It is a course that will expand your awareness and elevate your artistry.
Through a blend of tradition and transformation, you will rediscover your authentic voice, learn to see your students clearly, and move energy with words rather than hands.
This is the first step in the larger journey of Haute Yogi Teacher Trainings, a pathway designed to help teachers embody yoga both on and off the mat.
