Haute Camp Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and we want to be fair while also honoring the planning, preparation, and limited space that makes Haute Camp such a special experience.
🌿 Full Refund Deadline: February 15, 2026
If you cancel on or before February 15, 2026, you are eligible for a full refund, minus all non-refundable processing fees associated with your original purchase and refund transaction (approx. 3%–5%).
🌿 Partial Refund Deadline: March 15, 2026
If you cancel between February 16 and March 15, 2026, you will receive a 50% refund, minus all associated processing fees. This reflects the cost of holding your spot, food and housing commitments, and the challenge of refilling your place at the last minute.
🌿 No Refunds After: March 15, 2026
Cancellations made on or after March 16, 2026 are not eligible for any refund. By this time, your space, meals, and resources will already be planned and paid for. Thank you for understanding.
🚫 Chargeback Waiver
By enrolling in Haute Camp, you agree to this refund policy and waive the right to initiate a credit card chargeback. Disputes will be handled directly between you (the camper) and Haute Yogi LLC. Any chargebacks initiated outside the bounds of this agreement will be considered a breach of contract.
🔁 Optional: Transfer or Resale
We do allow transfers if you can find someone to take your place. You must notify us in writing by March 20, 2026, with the full name and contact info of the person replacing you.

Completion of your order serves as acknowledgment of this refund policy and your agreement to all of the above terms, including the chargeback waiver. Please be sure you’ve read and understood before proceeding with payment.
